Umi no Yami Tsuki no Kage

海の闇、月の影, Darkness of the Sea, Shadow of the Moon, Sea's Darkness: Moon's Shadow

It was obvious that the two identical twin sisters contracted a mysterious bacteria from the cave and it gave Rumi super power.

Rumi started acting weird. Rumi started behaving strangely and demonstrated supernatural powers. Rumi could fly and pass through walls. This freaked Ruka out for she had no power as such. Rumi then plotted to kill Ruka and get Toma for herself. Another power that Rumi had was that when she kissed anyone and bit their lips, they would turn ice cold for a few minutes and then became her slave zombies. Rumi had been collecting her army of these slave zombies to destroy Ruka and get Toma.

In order to make Toma hers, Rumi used her power to enter Toma's house, killed his mother, and his little brother. Ruka, in the meantime was starting to realize some super natural power as well. She could also fly but no on command. She was distraught at all the things her twin sister, Rumi, did and while she was confessing all her grief to Toma, they kissed.

Soon, Rumi and her zombie army arrived and Rumi kissed Toma. She expected him to turn into a zombie and her slave just like the others. Toma faked it and helped Ruka escaped.

Since Toma kissed Ruka before he kissed Rumi, he was immunized. He was the only one who kissed Ruka and he was the only one who did not turn into a zombie. Ruka had the antibody to Rumi's bacteria.

When Rumi passed her hand through someone, she could either pass through them or could kill them. Ruka could only fly but could not pass through an object. Rumi was convinced that she was more powerful and tried many times to kill Ruka. Umi no Yami Tsuki no Kage (aka Darkness of the Sea, Shadow of the Moon, 海の闇、月の影) was about the battles between Rumi and Ruka.
