The next evil thing the teacher did to Ozaki Rinko to get her to transform was trapping her in a room while she ravished her boyfriend, Mizushima, while he was unconscious. That enraged Osaki Rinko and her eyes enlarged and turned purple. This was the first time the audience saw that Ozaki Rinko had transformed into a leopard. The room which the teacher locked Osaki Rinko in was taped so the teacher had the whole transformation on tape. Ozaki Rinko got away, of course.

Yami no Purple Eye or Purple Eye of Darkness Japanese anime was about the life of humans who could turn into tigers, leopards, and other similar animals in the cat family. The story of Yami no Purple Eye or Purple Eye of Darkness Japanese anime started off with Ozaki Rinko and her constant struggle to escape from the evil teacher. The drawback of this power was that all humans who could change into something else had short lives.

Odagiri san was more powerful than Ozaki Rinko but his sole purpose of find her was to mate with her because he knew he was dying. Soon, Odagiri san died and Ozaki Rinko married her boyfriend, Mizushima Shin secretly. She also knew that her time was coming since she constantly coughed blood. She soon gave birth to a baby girl whom she named Maii or Mai after her beloved sister whom the evil teacher murdered.

The evil teacher finally found Ozaki and kidnapped the baby girl whom she was more interested in experimenting on since this baby was the product of not just one human who could transform but two. The baby was, as she predicted, powerful even as a baby.

When she finally managed to steal the baby girl, Mizushima Mai or Maii, Osaki Ringo was furious and even though she was dying, she went after the teacher in full force. Both Ozaki Rinko and the evil teacher fell off the cliff and were no where to be seen. Mizushima Shin was left with the baby girl, Mizushima Mai to raise.
